Bradley Arant trial lawyers work as a team with each of our clients to develop and implement litigation strategies designed to achieve the client's goals. We regularly represent clients in all types of civil and white collar criminal litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels throughout the United States. Our appellate litigation lawyers regularly represent clients in proceedings before state and federal appellate courts.
Our lawyers have substantial courtroom trial experience. Over the last ten years, we have tried more than 200 cases to verdict in courts all across the states of Alabama and Mississippi and in many other states, including Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, Arkansas, Texas, California, Washington, Illinois, and Delaware. Our lawyers have served as lead counsel in actions pending in dozens of additional states.
Two of the cases that our firm defended in the mid-1990s, one tried in Washington and one tried in Alabama, were listed by the National Law Journal as being among the nation's biggest defense wins in 1994 and 1995. Bradley Arant lawyers also represented BE&K, Incorporated as a plaintiff in an Arkansas case that made the National Law Journal's list of the nation's biggest plaintiffs' verdicts in 1994. Several Bradley Arant trial lawyers are Fellows in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and they and others are listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
