Bradley Arant has extensive experience in helping health care providers achieve their goals. Our clients include virtually all types of health care providers - such as large urban hospitals and health systems, rural hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physicians, dentists, chiropractors, optometrists, health maintenance organizations, freestanding imaging centers, and emerging health care businesses.

We regularly advise providers on almost every legal issue applicable to this industry. By combining the skills of the health care lawyers with other practice groups, we are able to help our clients sort through the complex issues of increasing regulation, consolidation of the industry and reimbursement challenges and are able to handle the many different types of litigation faced by our clients on a periodic basis.

Advance Directive for Health Care (Living Will and Health Care Proxy)
Beginning August 1, 2001, Alabama has a new form for Advance Medical Directives. Bradley Arant's Health Care Practice Group Chair, Deane K. Corliss, worked with a coalition of the Alabama Hospital Association, Medical Society and Alabama Bar to develop the user-friendly form. Click here to download.
